We have an entire series of video tutorials that guide you through a journey of measurements without leaving the comfort of your home. Later your craftsman suit arrives at your doorstep, eagerly waiting to be tried on. We know you’re a busy man, so keeping your busy schedule in mind, if the suit doesn’t fit perfectly just send it back with an alteration form and we’ll take care of it no problem.

Free Returns
You need to love what you wear. If you don't let it be our problem! We work with you to perfect your fit on the first garments and even give you a complimentary shipping label on orders over $200 to send it back.
The Pop-Up Experience
Every now and then we set up a temporary shop in a city near you. During your visit to our pop-up shop, we do a personal fitting and work with you to custom select every aspect of your suit. Once you receive your suit in the mail, we have you come back one more time for a final fitting. It’s all about getting to know you and making sure that your suit is better than you could have ever imagined.

The Showroom Experience
If you’d like to come visit our retail locations, we currently have two storefront showrooms. One is in Costa Mesa, California, and the other is our original shop in Hong Kong.
