My least favorite carrier in the whole wide world managed to let my expedited delivery shirts, for my daughter's wedding, sit in their Memphis facility for three days and then lost them! Hemrajani remade and replaced my order & had them sitting on my desk in less than a week. At no charge, of course. The dealt with my most most disliked shipper & informed me if there were any unpaid duties ( there wasn't) to let them know & they would reimburse me.
